These prints are end-to-end carbon neutral – this means all carbon emissions are reduced or offset, including use of energy, cloud storage, staff travel, print processes and print delivery.

Each image is printed especially for your order and despatched within 48 hours.

All prints are shipped using Royal Mail or Deutsche post signed-for service and you will receive a tracking number by email so you can track your order. Prints are produced in the UK and Germany, so all EU deliveries are customs-free.

If you have a special order and you’re not sure if it will arrive in time, please get in touch – I’ll check likely delivery times for your order and location.

Prints are sent in recyclable paper packaging (envelopes or tubes), sealed with paper tape made from 100% recycled fibres.


I offer easy, hassle-free returns.

If a print is damaged, defective or you simply change your mind, you can request a free replacement or a refund if preferred.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can make it right.

I have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please get in touch within 30 days of receipt to start a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please get in touch via email and I’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once your return has been received, inspected and approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
